The Flowers are in Bloom!

This past weekend my daughter and had a visit with my parents.  On the visit we got to see multiple trees in bloom.  It was way to beautiful for me to pass up, especially since I had my camera with me.  We had so much fun visiting and playing in the trees.  It was a great weekend! :) <3

Below is just a little quote I have found to be true over the years.

Much Anticipated Arrival

My Luna

I have been waiting patiently all week for the arrival of my new light set.  Finally, after what feels like years of waiting, my package arrived!!  It was a terribly long shipping time (or so I thought so) because of the holiday weekend.  At one point I had myself convinced that it was going to show up on
Saturday, I was wrong.  Today is Tuesday and the much anticipated arrival was not until 2 this afternoon.  I wanted so bad to whip out my camera and start shooting like crazy. Unfortunately
I was right in the middle of a class and this just was not going to happen, so I went about my day as normal.  My daughter got home later in the day, ate supper, took a quick ride in the car, and then it was time for bed (for my daughter).

I was like a kid on Christmas day, the anticipation was killing me.  Mike and I set up the light set and I quickly began snapping pictures of my Luna.  I LOVED every second of this new
and exciting part of my photography journey.

I see many A-mazing photo shoots for the future of these lights!  Starting with a much anticipated newborn photo shoot in less than a month.  :)

Giving Credit Where It Belong

This little darling is my daughter at two years old.  She has been one of my main inspirations in my photography shots.  Of course, I am always looking for something new and
interesting to shoot, but, lets face it, pictures of your
own child are some of the best.
In your own eyes at least!! ;)

Someone else who I must give credit to is my amazing boyfriend, Mike.  He has dealt with all of the crazyness that comes with this sort of business/hobby.  This photo was taken with my
iPhone; I still LOVE this shot!

Once again these photos were taken a while back.  Anyhow, these two people are my parents.  I think it goes without saying, parents are always helping their children on their journeys!

Just the beginning...

One day I saw one of my photography friends was selling her camera and some equipment at an AMAZING price.  I was not by any means a photographer at this point but the price was not to be passed up!!!  I quickly messaged my friend, letting her know I would gladly take this equipment off her hands.  That summer I spent discovering the art of photography...I took hundreds and thousands of pictures, some good and other not so good.

This began my adventures in photography.  I have gone to the forest, lakes, and even up trees to find beautiful sunsets, scenery and meet many different people.

I love photography, it is a form of art that allows the photographer to tell a story.  The interpretation is open and the possibilities are endless.

Thanks for following me, enjoy your viewing.
